Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-60 years Ventricular-peritoneal shunt surgery performed in the last 5 years No history of previous abdominal surgery was reported. The patient is free of uncontrolled chronic diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All shunts originating from a site other than the lateral ventricle or with a distal end in a site other than the peritoneal cavity will also be removed. Shunt correction surgery in the past 5 years
