Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 40-60 years, patients with type 2 diabetes (HbA1c greater than 9%), BMI between 20-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery in the lumbar region Any underlying disease other than diabetes that may affect the results of the study (blood pressure, inflammation or infection in the body) Discopathy in other lumbar vertebrae
