Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age range of 30-50 years is lumbar disc herniation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: previous surgery in the lumbar region Anticoagulants or any type of medication that affects wound healing having underlying diseases such as anemia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, patients with hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes Patients with active infections anywhere in the body were excluded from the study
