Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease age range from 30 to 55 years no cardiovascular diseases, no joint and skeletal disease no regular exercise activity in the last 6 months no use of special drugs and supplements that affect the protocol process

MeasureTime frame
Levels of liver enzymes. Timepoint: 24 hours before performing the protocol and 48 hours after the end of the protocol, another blood sampling was performed to estimate liver enzymes ALT, AST, ALP. Method of measurement: Pars Azmoun kit made in Iran.
