Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with type 2 diabetes with ACR above 30. Patients will receive routine albuminuria treatment (losartan).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients under 18 years Cirrhosis Active neoplasm pregnant patients and Lactating Menopausal women

MeasureTime frame
ACR is the urine albumin to creatinine ratio. Timepoint: For the first time at the beginning of study , for second time after three month before medication and after three month of medication will measure again. Method of measurement: Urine albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR).
