MeasureTime frame
The quality of work life is usually considered as the actual conditions of work including employee rights, facilities, health and safety issues, participation in decision-making, management approach, and job variety and flexibility. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention and carrying out the intervention for two months and then re-evaluation. Method of measurement: Walton questionnaire.;Communication and communication skills are an essential part of treatment, so that effective communication is widely considered as a key indicator for patient satisfaction, cooperation and healing. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, carry out the intervention for two months and then re-evaluate. Method of measurement: Vakili et al. standard patient communication questionnaire.;Resilience is a positive adaptation in response to adverse conditions, which is used as a coping strategy in facing difficult conditions.
