Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile men who have undergone varicocelectomy. Between 20 and 40 years Absence of hormonal disorders, anatomical and congenital anomalies of the urogenital system Not using antioxidants and drugs that affect spermogram parameters, such as nitrofuranotein, corticosteroids, antineoplastic drugs, etc. Not suffering from bleeding diseases such as hemophilia, von Willebrand, etc. Not using anticoagulant drugs such as heparin, warfarin, etc.
