Inclusion criteria: all patients who should extract their upper 4s for orthodontic reasons patients visited by Oral and Maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) Department of dental faculty at Shahid Sadughi University (SSU)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: having underlying systemic disease smoking
