Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Age 18-40 years Patients diagnosed with asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate Psychological unfit patient Patients with heart problems/diseases Patient with musculoskeletal disorders Pregnant/ lactating ladies Patients with any trauma/neoplasms

MeasureTime frame
Lung capacity. Timepoint: 12 weeks. Method of measurement: Spirometery.;Forced expiratory volume. Timepoint: 12 weeks. Method of measurement: Spirometery.;Exercise capacity. Timepoint: 12 weeks. Method of measurement: 6-minute walk test and shuttle walk test.
