Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: gestational age between 30-36 weeks Postnatal age 3 to 28 days. Birth weight 1200-2500 grams Start of enteral feeding Hemodynamic stability (pink color of the newborn, body temperature between 36 and 37, arterial oxygen saturation above 84%) Mother's ability to read and understand Persian Parental consent to participate in the study Mother's physical and mental condition is suitable for the intervention No medical prohibition to perform movements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying diseases in the newborn Presence of grade 2 or higher intracranial hemorrhage History of drug use by the mother History of surgery in the newborn History of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
