Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with a history of spontaneous abortion Before 22 weeks (first or second trimester) 2 to 6 months post-abortion Age above 18 years Ability to speak and understand Persian Total psychological distress score of 13 or higher Education level above primary school No history of recurrent miscarriage (less than three miscarriages) Access to the internet No current pregnancy No psychotherapy services received in the past three months No occurrence of major life stressors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Self-reported psychiatric care Severe psychiatric disorders Current chronic physical illnesses

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changing the psychological distress symptoms score. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Brief Symptom Inventory.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changing the perinatal grief score. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Perinatal grief scale.
