Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 years Ability to read and write in Persian Informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Long-term use of NSAIDs or other painkillers for chronic pain History of previous surgeries on the same side Having psychological disorders Severe sensory or motor problems in the upper limbs that prevent breathing techniques from being performed Having acute respiratory or cardiovascular diseases Serious complications during or immediately after surgery Patients with drug addiction
