Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years old Physiological status ASA I-II Body mass index between 30 and 45 Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding during surgery Previous upper gastrointestinal surgery Long-term use of NSAIDs or other painkillers for chronic pain Patients with previous heart surgery Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40% Myocardial infarction recorded in the past six weeks Congestive heart failure Patients with high blood pressure History of drug addiction Need for painkillers in addition to the injected painkillers Need for drain placement after surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Shoulder pain after surgery. Timepoint: 2,6,12,24,48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the VAS scale.;The patient's heart rate per minute. Timepoint: Once after anesthesia and just before carbon dioxide injection, ten minutes after carbon dioxide gas injection, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes after gas injection, at the end of surgery, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes after arriving in the recovery room. Method of measurement: Using a monitoring device.;Mean arterial blood pressure. Timepoint: Once after anesthesia and just before carbon dioxide injection, ten minutes after carbon dioxide gas injection, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes after gas injection, at the end of surgery, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes after arriving in the recovery room. Method of measurement: After measuring systolic and diastolic blood pressure using a monitoring device, the mean arterial pressure will be obtained using the following formula: MAP = (SBP + 2DBP)/3.
