Intervention 1: Intervention group: topical anesthesia using tetracain 0.5 % ophthalmic drop impregnated cottonoids inside the nose under the nasal bone and on the nasal mucosa and waiting 10 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age more than 14 consent to closed nose reduction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: need for open reduction uncontrolled cardiac condition septal fracture cartilaginous fracture self remedy with analgesics within 24 hours history of nose reduction and/or repeated nasal trauma
