Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being a man Employee of the third decade of service at the Police Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran Complete the initial information and consent form No pain or orthopedic injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in the pre-test or post-test Absence from three or more training sessions Occurrence of any type of orthopedic injury Unwillingness to continue research

Crossed knees and bent knees are measured using a caliper. Goniometer: A goniometer is used to measure the angle of the head forward.
