Interventions

Intervention 1: Administration of mefenamic acid, initial dose of two 250 mg capsules, then 250 mg capsule every six hours until pain control , maximum up to 48 hours. Intervention 2: Sticking the men

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulipariety 18-30 years old Regular mensturation BMI<30 Moderate dysmenorrhea atleast for one day Non OCP or IUD user Normal pelvic Exam and pelvic sonography No allergy to mefenamic acid and period patch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impossible follow up Receiving other treatment methods at the same time
