Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All nurses who have spent at least two mounts in the neonatal intensive care unit. All nurses who have not participated in the empowerment workshops yet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The Nurses who work simultaneously in two neonatal intensive care unit. Nurses who are sick or on paid leave during the study. Nurses who are graduate students in neonatal intensive care.

MeasureTime frame
Assertion. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 14 days after the workshops. Method of measurement: Gambrill and Ritchie's assertion questionnaire 1975.
