Inclusion criteria: Age 20-65 years BMI>25 Willingness to Participate in Treatment Sessions and Complete the Informed Consent form Having at Least a High School Diploma

Exclusion criteria: History of Receiving Psychiatric Medication or Psychotherapy in the Last 6 Months Having a Medical Disease Justifying Obesity and Major Psychiatric Disorders

In the study of the Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment-based Therapy (ACT) on People overweight, the primary Outcome Variable, the Weight of People in Body mass index is more than 25. Timepoint: The Time Periods of Measuring Lifestyle, Quality of life Psychophysical and Psychological Symptoms, Body mass index are at the Beginning of the Study (before the start of the intervention) and after the end of the Intervention, and 2 Months after the end of the Intervention. Method of measurement: In the study of the effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on overweight people, the way to measure the outcome variable of people's score in the body mass index, which is used to measure weight (with minimal clothing) from a digital scale and to measure Height (without shoes) will be used from a standard tape measure installed on the wall.

Timepoint: The periods for Measuring the Quality of life variable are at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), after the end of the intervention, and 2 Months after the end of the Intervention. Method of measurement: In the study of the Effectiveness of the treatment based on Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) for weight gain, the way to Measure the Second Variable of the Quality of life is the Score of People in the short Questionnaire of 12 questions SF12.;In the study of the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based treatment (ACT) on excess weight as a secondary outcome variable, the score of the lifestyle variable in the lifestyle questionnaire is related to weight, the range of scores of which ranges from 0 to a maximum of 80. Timepoint: The periods for Measuring the Quality of life variable are at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), after the end of the intervention, and 2 Months after the end of the Intervention. Method of measurement: In the study of the effectiveness of the treatment based on acceptance and commitment (ACT) for weight gain, the way of measuring the secondary variable of lifestyle is the score of people in the lifestyle questionnaire related to the weight of WEL.
