Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients with pansinusitis and anosmia get the following surgeries
extended antrostomy, anterior and posterior ethmoidectomy, sphenoidotomy, and Draf III. Intervention 2: Control group: Patients with pansinusitis and anosmia getting the following surgeries
extended antrostomy, anterior and posterior ethmoidectomy, sphenoidotomy, and DrafIIA.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include anosmia and pansinusitis patients with asthma or NSAID hypersensitivity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of sinus surgery diagnosis of nasal cavity or sinus tumor type of fungal sinusitis absence of frontal sinus
