Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder which will be assessed using 5th version of Structured Clinical Interview for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (SCID-5) At least 6 month being left of military service to conduct intervention and assessment of the follow-up phase Having literacy Minimum score of 5 in Self-Harm Inventory Having a partner Ability to attend weekly sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not being diagnosed with severe psychiatric disorders such as psychosis and bipolar which will be assessed using 5th version of Structured Clinical Interview for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (SCID-5) Receiving simultaneous psychological treatments

Mentalization score in Mentalization Questionnaire. Timepoint: Before intervention (pre-test), after intervention (post-test), 2 month after intervention (follow-up). Method of measurement: Mentalization Questionnaire (MZQ).;Difficulties in emotion regulation score in Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale.
