Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious satisfaction with participating in the project, initial inconsistent schemas diagnosis, job satisfaction, psychologist burnout, and anxiety, no use of psychiatric drugs, and participation in counseling sessions and schema therapy are the research entry criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using psychiatric drugs, absence of more than two sessions, psychology or psychology-related field of study, and experiencing severe mental and critical stress during treatment, including mourning and witnessing the death.

Early Maladaptive schema. Timepoint: Assessing initially incompatible schemas before and after intervention ( before and after treatment). Method of measurement: Young’s initial incompatible schemas inventory.;Job Satisfaction. Timepoint: Assessing job satisfaction before and after intervention ( before and after treatment). Method of measurement: Smith’s job satisfaction inventory.;Job Burnout. Timepoint: Assessing burnout before and after intervention ( before and after treatment). Method of measurement: Maslach burnout inventory.;Anxiety. Timepoint: Assessing anxiety before and after intervention ( before and after treatment). Method of measurement: Beck depression inventory.
