Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients hospitalized for more than 3 days in the intensive care unit Having the physical ability (absence of acute respiratory and cardiac problems and GCS>8) to perform the relaxation program With a minimum age of 15 years and a maximum of 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with delusions, hallucinations, acute symptoms of mania
