Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Radiologic Diagnosis of the Kienbock's disease by a hand surgeons No previous history of Kienbock's disease-related surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incidence of any comorbid disorders that might increase the risk of surgery including cardiovascular disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancers, hepatic and renal failure and etc. Patients with hematological or any medical diseases with platelet dysfunction Patients with bone marrow diseases and low blood cell production Pregnancy or breast-feeding Smokers
