Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes, 21 to 60 years old The physical status of the American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA (I and II) is selected for those undergoing orthopedic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes Heart disease high blood pressure Chronic obstructive respiratory disease Coagulation abnormalities Abnormalities of the spine and patients with opiate dependence and allergy to the studied drugs
