45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experiencing a change in the menstrual cycle to the extent that cycles interval increases for more than 60 days that is not caused by illness or medication. Being literate Being married and living with a spouse Age 45 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of surgery to remove the uterus and ovaries Having a physical or mental illness that requires medication Unfortunate events and incidents that have occurred in the last 6 months Use of herbal and non-herbal medicines for menopausal complications

MeasureTime frame
Perceived stress. Timepoint: In the intervention group: before the start of the intervention and 2 months after the completion of the eighth counseling session. In the control group: before the start of the intervention and 3 months after that. Method of measurement: Perceived Stress Questionnaire.
