18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hysterectomy performed in the last 6-24 month with preservation of ovaries Age 18-45 years Having sexual activity after hystrectomy Being literate in reading and writing Being married and living with a spouse No menopause at the time of hysterectomy Getting a score of 30 or more on the sexual satisfaction questionnaire Not having any unfortunate and stressful events (in the last 6 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hysterectomy due to malignancy Suffering from chronic and mental diseases according to the individual’s records and statement Taking drugs that affect sexual performance The occurrence of unfortunate and stressful events in the last 6 month

Sexual satisfaction score. Timepoint: In the intervention group: before the start of the intervention and 1 month after the completion of the fourth counseling session. In the control group: before the start of the intervention, 2 months after completing the initial questionnaires. Method of measurement: Index of Sexual Satisfaction scale.;Sexual self concept score.
