Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having premenstrual syndrome Women 18-45 years old with regular menstrual cycles (at least in the last three cycles) Living with spouse Monogamy Ability to use online software Minimum reading and writing literacy Number of years of marriage over one year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: SHe or her spouse is a healthcare worker Medical or mental illnesses and drug use History of infertility in couples History of attending family courts Having unfortunate and stressful events (death of relatives, divorce and serious accidents in the last 6 months)
