Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have an indication for endoscopic surgery and do not have any underlying disease or blood problems, including coagulation problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who can't be able to tolerate anesthesia. Patients who have an active or severe infection. Patients who take immunosuppressive drugs or blood coagulation disruptors and immunocompromised patients. Patients with underlying coagulation and blood problems and other patients with high surgical risk are excluded from this study.

MeasureTime frame
The effect of tranexamic acid on the volume of bleeding caused by endoscopic sinus surgery. Timepoint: At the end of surgery. Method of measurement: Measuring the volume of bleeding after surgery by suction and the number of gases used.;Determining the duration of bleeding under the influence of the drug. Timepoint: DURING THE SURGERY. Method of measurement: USE A STOPWATCH.
