Intervention 1: Intervention group: Bone B+ xenogeneic bone particle for augmentation. Intervention 2: Control group: connective tissue graft from the patient's palate.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with edentulism in one or 2 dental area. Patients with recession in the buccal side of the ridge.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disease. Patients allergic to bovine products. Patients requiring bone augmentation.
