Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have Iranian nationality Women who have a desire and informed consent to participate in the study The gestational age of women is less than 14 weeks Be married and officially married Be a resident of Isfahan city Women who are mentally healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who intend to drop out during or after receiving training.
