Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Having work experience in the nursing profession for at least one year Working in the current department of the place of service for at least one month Having a university education in the field of nursing Failure to pass a training course in the field of safety culture and patient safety in the last 6 months Access to electronic tools for learning with Windows program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not having the disease of Covid-19 and being sick
