Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- No flat feet or excessive arch. 2- No cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure) 3- No history of surgery or serious injury to the lower extremities in the past 6 months 4- No use of medications that affect heart rate or metabolism) (e.g., beta-blockers, stimulants). 5- Normal body mass index 6- Adequate rest (at least 6 hours of sleep the night before the test).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Fever due to infectious disease or fever on the day of the test (affects heart rate and physical performance) 2- Taking medications that affect results (such as painkillers, caffeine, or illegal stimulants) 3- Failure to comply with standard conditions before the test (for example, lack of sleep or alcohol consumption 24 hours before. 4- Caffeine consumption and smoking up to 6 hours before the test.

Method of measurement: The Physiological Cost Index (PCI) is an indirect measure of energy efficiency during walking. It is calculated based on the relationship between heart rate (HR) and walking speed and indicates how much energy a person expends to move.;(Anterior Reach). Timepoint: The variable is measured at the moment the test is performed. Method of measurement: The distance a person can reach while maintaining balance on one limb in the anterior (forward) direction with the other limb without losing balance using the Y-Balance device.
