| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Nostriol contour deformity. Timepoint: Alar rim graft effect on nostriol contour in 1,3 ,6 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Correction or not of the alar concavity and the degree of alar deformity will be determined by two independent surgeons based on the VAS(visual analoge score) criteria. For data analysis, appropriate statistical tools and SPSS version 22 software are used. | — |

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Stability of alar contour during follow up. Timepoint: After preparing images of patients in the basal view at the time points before the operation and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the operation, these images are collected in a format .criterion as well as the contour stability. . Method of measurement: The VAS(visual analoge score) scale is a psychometric measurement tool designed to document disease-related symptom severity characteristics in specific patients and is used to achieve rapid (statistically measurable and reproducible) classification of symptom severity and disease control. The score range of this tool varies between 0 and 10. In this study, the VAS(visual analoge score) criterion is used to evaluate the concavity of the alar contour before the operation and at 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation based on the judgment of two surgeons (including the operating surgeon and a consultant surgeon). Then, the scores obtained from the VAS(visual analoge score) of each surgeon for each patient are recorded in the relevant checklist and their average is calculated. | — |
