MeasureTime frame
The percentage of people whose appetite hormone levels are adjusted. Timepoint: Measurement before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Peptide (PYY) measurement: In order to measure, it was measured by the ELISA method, the kit of Zellbio, Germany, with a sensitivity of 1.5 Pg/ml. Cholecystokinin (CCK) measurement: CCK levels (Zellbio kit, made in Germany with a sensitivity of 10.5 ng) were measured using the ELISA method.
