Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 9 to 12 years Absence of fractures, surgery, orthopedic diseases, neuromuscular problems, and limb length discrepancy greater than 5 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exercise intolerance (expressed discomfort, severe lethargy, lack of balance, and dizziness)

Percentage of people with altered alkaline phosphatase biomarker levels. Timepoint: Measurement before and after intervention. Method of measurement: The Pars Azmoun Company kit is used to measure alkaline phosphatase levels with a sensitivity of 4 international units.;Percentage of people whose albumin biomarker levels were adjusted. Timepoint: Measurement before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Serum albumin was also measured using a chemical colorimetric method (bromcresol green).;Percentage of people with altered calcium biomarker levels. Timepoint: Measurement before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Serum calcium was measured by chemical colorimetric method (cresolphthalein).;Percentage of people with altered vitamin D biomarker levels.
