Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People under 30 years of age Being a student Absence of fractures, surgery, orthopedic diseases, neuromuscular problems, and limb length discrepancy greater than 5 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exercise intolerance (expressed discomfort, severe lethargy, lack of balance, and dizziness) Illness on the day of the test

Percentage of people with altered levels of bone-forming biomarkers. Timepoint: Measurement before and after intervention. Method of measurement: The Pars Azmoun Company kit is used to measure alkaline phosphatase levels with a sensitivity of 4 international units, serum albumin with a chemical colorimetric method (bromide cresol green), serum calcium with a chemical colorimetric method (cresol phthalein), and vitamin D with a high-performance liquid chromatography method.
