Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) risk groups I-III total knee arthroplasty under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: bundle branch block in their preoperative ECG patients with arrhythmia , taking medications due to arrhythmia patients with pacemakers allergies to known drugs electrolyte disorders.

| Investigate the QTI change during cardiac electrical conduction after tourniquet release in patients undergoing TKA surgery. Timepoint: ECG will be taken before spinal anesthesia is applied, 5 minutes after spinal anesthesia is applied, 5 minutes before the tourniquet is inflated, 5 minutes after inflation, 5 minutes before the tourniquet is deflation, and 5 minutes after deflation. Method of measurement: 12-lead ECG. | — |
