Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed Traumatic brain injury by neurological surgeon TBI induced acute kidney injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability Contraindication for of aminophylline or dopamine administration
