Intervention 1: Intervention group: Treatment with colistin will be started for the patient at a dose of 9 MIU initially and then 4.5 MIU every 12 hours, with the duration of antibiotic treatment bein

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pyelonephritis caused by resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria Patient consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient is not pregnant

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Antibiotic therapy. Timepoint: 48 to 72 hours after starting antibiotics. Method of measurement: Blood culture and sending urine sample to the laboratory.
