Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Candidate for elective surgery requiring general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation No upper respiratory tract infection Absence of trachea and larynx pathology No restriction of neck mobility Failure to insert a supraglottic airway device Parental consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Need for mechanical ventilation after surgery If previous anesthesia records indicate that the child required a large or small tube Patients requiring surgery in specific positions Inability to measure scales obtained from ultrasound
