Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have traumatic fracture of the first lumbar vertebra and need surgery. The patient's telex score is 4, 5 or 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of previous surgery or tumor The patient has spondylitis. The patient has an infection

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Proximal junction kyphosis. Timepoint: Before the study, after the operation and up to two years after the surgery. Method of measurement: The elbow angle is the posterior extension of the steepest upper vertebra and the steepest lower vertebra, which if it is more than 15 degrees, it will need to be re-operated.
