Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have traumatic fracture of the first lumbar vertebra and need surgery. The patient's telex score is 4, 5 or 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No history of previous surgery or tumor The patient has spondylitis. The patient has an infection
