Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with migraine The need for prophylactic treatment Age 6-15 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced migraine who need drugs other than painkillers Previous history of receiving prophylactic treatment Abnormal brain and nerve imaging and special conditions such as seizures, epilepsy or the presence of contraindications for the use of cinnarizine and topiramate
