Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The effect of HIIT and beta-hydroxybutyrate intervention on Klotho gene expression in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMC). Timepoint: Determination of Klotho gene expression level in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) at the beginning of the intervention and 45 minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: real time PCR.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Determining the effect of HIIT and beta-hydroxybutyrate intervention on FGF23 gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. 2.Determining the effect of HIIT and beta-hydroxybutyrate intervention on FGF21 gene expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. 3.Determining the effect of HIIT and beta-hydroxybutyrate intervention on hsCRP plasma level. Timepoint: Examination of all outcomes at the beginning of the intervention and 45 minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: Real-time PCR method is used to determine FGF23 and FGF21 gene expression, and biochemical kit is used to determine hsCRP plasma level.
