Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years Diagnosed schizophrenia Current use of Clozapine for treatment Presence of drooling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and breastfeeding Cardiovascular problems (arrhythmia, blood pressure, etc.) History of taking other anticholinergics
