Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and written referral from a specialist doctor Stable drug use (L-dopa) A person can walk independently or with aids be clinically stable Cognitively, the patient must have at least a score of 20 based on the Moca questionnaire to enter the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participating in a regular exercise program A history of repeated strokes with progressive development of parkinsonian features Evidence of severe depression or other significant behavioral disturbances Unstable blood pressure History of osteoporosis Unstable medical condition or recent surgery Previous history of cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders and other comorbidities that affect their ability to participate in physical activity for 1 hour

| Cognitive and motor time up and go test. Timepoint: Before and immediately after treatment. Method of measurement: This test is a measure of motor ability along with a cognitive or motor action in people with Parkinson's disease. In this test, the person gets up from the chair and walks 3 meters, but it is accompanied by a cognitive activity such as counting from one hundred to one or a movement activity such as carrying a glass of water, and in the same way he returns and sits on the chair. Round-trip time is measured in seconds along with another function through a stopwatch.;Moca Questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and immediately after treatment. Method of measurement: The Moka self-report questionnaire is used to investigate the effect of Parkinson's disease on the cognitive component. The duration of this test is 10-12 minutes and the total score is 30, and it includes spatial and executive functions, animal names, attention, language, abstraction, delay in recall (short-term memory) and direction. This questionnaire has been translated and localized in Persian language.;Five sit to stand test. Timepoint: Before and immediately after treatment.
