Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 60 years old Lower limb fracture Having consent to enter the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of psychosis and cognitive disorders Patients with a history of drug addiction Pregnant women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: In 5 recovery periods, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the VAS scale & record severe pain intensity.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Nausea. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: By N&V benchmark.;Vomiting. Timepoint: 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: By N&V benchmark.
