Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Studying in one of the medical sciences fields of the University of Medical Sciences Age between 18 and 35 years Consent to participate in the study Having suicidal thoughts based on the cut-off score of the Beck Suicidal Thoughts Questionnaire before randomization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not using antipsychotic medications Withdrawing from the study Missing three or more intervention sessions Having a mental illness or disorder
