Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 85 years Chronic subdural hematoma requiring surgery Not taking anticoagulants Absence of pregnancy No history of brain surgery Stable vital signs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with simultaneous intracerebral lesions such as hydrocephalus, tumor, intracerebral hemorrhage caused by trauma? Uncontrollable epilepsy Bilateral subdural hematoma Recurred subdural hematoma History of brain surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of subdural effusion using follow-up scans in the use of different irrigation methods. Timepoint: 3 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, three months after chronic subdural surgery. Method of measurement: Assessing the level of consciousness with the Glasgow Coma Scale and evaluating the functional status with The-modified-Rankin-Scale.
