Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with moderate (GCS9-13) and severe (GCS3-8) brain trauma Fisher grade2-3 Absence of renal failure Stable vital signs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mild brain trauma (GCS14-15) Fisher grading1 or4 Patients with unstable vital signs or imminent death, patients with kidney failure (Cr>1.4) Patients with heart disease (second degree heart block, severe valve stenosis, Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, EF<30%)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of cerebrovascular Vasospasm based on blood flow velocity above 120cm/s in Trans Cranial Doppler. Timepoint: Measurement of Vasospasm on days 7, 14, 21 after administering magnesium sulfate intravenously. Method of measurement: Blood flow velocity usingTranscranial Doppler.
