40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range between 40-65 years Patients with diabetes mellitus, both men and women, who are under blood glucose lowering treatment Have symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the form of pain and burning during rest for at least one month Based on the Toronto clinical criteria (TCSS), they will be considered suffering from neuropathy (score 6-19). Ability to communicate and answer questions Consent to participate in the study Having diabetes based on the diagnosis of a specialist doctor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptoms of central nervous system involvement such as dementia, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis and skeletal and muscular deformities in the lower limbs. History of ear surgery and history of Meniere's syndrome Neurological complications other than diabetic neuropathy interfering with walking and not having diabetic foot ulcers Patients who have used drugs such as tricyclic antidepressants, paroxetine, gabapentin, pregabalin, etc. in the last three months to relieve neuropathic pain. Use of immunosuppressant drugs such as coronet
